1. Who we are
Dynamics Development SIA, registered in Latvia under registration number 50203215451 (VAT LV50203215451), with its registered office at Kalndores iela 2-62, Baltezers, Ādažu novads, LV-2164, Latvia, is the controller of personal data processed through this website. You can reach us at info@dynamicsdevelopment.eu.
2. What data we collect
When you use the contact form we collect the details you submit: your name, company, phone number, e-mail address and the content of your message. When you contact us by e-mail or phone, we process the contact details and correspondence involved. This website does not use advertising or tracking cookies.
3. Why we process it
We use this data solely to respond to your enquiry, to prepare proposals you have asked for, and to perform any agreement that follows. The legal bases are your consent (Art. 6(1)(a) GDPR), given when submitting the form, and steps taken at your request prior to entering into a contract (Art. 6(1)(b) GDPR). We do not use your data for unsolicited marketing and we do not sell it.
4. How long we keep it
Enquiry correspondence is kept no longer than necessary to handle your request and reasonable follow-up, after which it is deleted. Data connected to an actual business relationship is retained for the duration of that relationship and any statutory retention periods that apply (for example accounting legislation).
5. Who we share it with
Your data is not shared with third parties for their own purposes. It may be processed by service providers we use to run this website and our e-mail (hosting and e-mail infrastructure), acting as processors under agreements that meet GDPR requirements. Where such providers operate outside the EEA, transfers are safeguarded by appropriate mechanisms such as the EU Standard Contractual Clauses.
6. Your rights
Under the GDPR you have the right to access, rectify or erase your personal data, to restrict or object to its processing, to data portability, and to withdraw consent at any time without affecting the lawfulness of processing before withdrawal. You also have the right to lodge a complaint with a supervisory authority — in Latvia, the Data State Inspectorate (Datu valsts inspekcija).
