Dynamics Development is deliberately small: one senior specialism, one accountable engineer, and the working discipline of fifteen years inside Dutch Microsoft Dynamics practice.
The story
Dynamics Development was founded in 2019 by Jacob Vlaanderen, a Dutch software engineer and architect who spent more than fifteen years building Microsoft Dynamics NAV and Business Central solutions at partners in the Netherlands. Project after project, the same pattern held: the work that succeeded was done by senior people, close to the customer, with scope and price written down before anyone opened Visual Studio Code.
Moving to Riga made it possible to build a company around exactly that pattern. Latvia offers EU jurisdiction, GDPR, the CET working day and a healthy engineering culture — without the overhead that forces larger consultancies to fill projects from the bench. The result is a micro-consultancy in the literal sense: the person who scopes your project, writes the code and answers the support ticket is the same person.
The client base tells the rest of the story. Dutch Dynamics Partners use Dynamics Development as white-label delivery capacity; end customers in construction, trade, housing, manufacturing and the nonprofit sector work with us directly — several of them continuously since long before the company had its own name on the door.
Working languages are Dutch and English, which keeps cooperation with Dutch functional consultants and end users frictionless. Certification is maintained on Microsoft Dynamics 365 Business Central, and every delivery follows Microsoft's extension model and Universal Code requirements — so what we build today upgrades cleanly tomorrow.

AL extension development, NAV-to-BC migrations and SLA support for Dynamics Partners and end customers — with legacy C/AL knowledge kept sharp, because most journeys still start there.
